Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026. "QuoteLoop", "we" and "us" mean Nathaniel Waitzman, which runs QuoteLoop. "You" means the business using it.

What QuoteLoop is

QuoteLoop is a web app that helps businesses send follow-up emails about estimates they have sent and track which estimates turn into booked jobs. By creating an account or using QuoteLoop, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need to give accurate information and keep your login and email app password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and using QuoteLoop for a business.

Free trial and payment

New accounts may get a free trial. After the trial, QuoteLoop costs $29 per month (or the price shown when you subscribe), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. If a payment fails, follow-ups may pause until it is fixed.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.

Emails you send

Follow-up emails go out from your own email account, in your name. You are the sender and you are responsible for them. Only add people who asked you for an estimate, keep your messages honest, and follow anti-spam laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. QuoteLoop adds an opt-out link to every follow-up and stops emailing anyone who uses it. Don’t remove or work around it.

Things you can’t do

Don’t use QuoteLoop to send spam, to harass anyone, for anything illegal, or to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Your data

The quotes, customer details and emails you put into QuoteLoop belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.

Changes and downtime

We work to keep QuoteLoop running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, that every email will be delivered, or that you will win any particular job. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using QuoteLoop and cancel anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don’t pay. If you ask, we will delete your data, except anything we must keep by law (for example, payment records).

Warranty and liability

QuoteLoop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using QuoteLoop after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
